Using the HALO IQ platform

By accessing or using HALO IQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. HALO IQ provides a software-as-a-service platform for PEO operations, workers' compensation intelligence, proposal generation, and related business workflows.

You are responsible for maintaining account security, providing accurate business information, and using the Service in compliance with applicable law. Customer data uploaded to HALO IQ remains subject to your ownership and our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

How we handle information

HALO IQ collects account information, business data you upload (including census, payroll, benefits, and workers compensation records), usage data, and communications needed to operate the platform and support your team.

We use this information to provide and improve the Service, secure tenant boundaries, generate workflow guidance, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Data is processed using industry-standard security controls with tenant-scoped access boundaries. For privacy questions or data subject requests, contact info@haloiq.ai.

Processor obligations

Where HALO IQ processes personal data on your behalf, we act as a processor under a Data Processing Agreement that defines subprocessors, security measures, breach notification, and deletion or return of data on termination.
